Beta terms of use
PartFolio is in beta, by invitation. These terms say what you can expect from the service during this period, and what we expect from you.

Purpose
These terms govern the use of PartFolio during its beta phase. The service is published by ADC, whose identity is given in the legal notice. Using your test account means you accept these terms.
Beta access
Access is by invitation: we create your account, and you choose your password from the link you receive by email. Access is free until the date given in that email. We let you know seven days before. We may extend this period. At its end, access is suspended unless you choose a paid plan.
A service under development
During the beta, PartFolio is provided as is. It may contain defects, be interrupted for maintenance, and its features may change or disappear. We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee it.
Your data
The components, lists, datasheets, symbols and footprints you store remain yours. We only use them to run the service. You can export them at any time, including after your test access ends. As with any beta service, keep a copy of what matters: a regular export is enough. How your personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
Your account
Your password and access tokens (KiCad, git, MCP connector) are personal: keep them secret, and revoke a token as soon as you think it has leaked. You are responsible for what you publish in PartFolio, in particular for having the right to host the documents you upload.
Liability
As the service is free and in testing, ADC cannot be held liable, within the limits set by law, for indirect damage related to its use, such as data loss, project delays or lost revenue.
End of access
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time from the contact page. We may end the beta, or an access in case of abuse. Except in case of abuse, we notify you by email early enough for you to export your data.
Your feedback
Your comments and reports help us improve PartFolio. We may use them freely to develop the service, without compensation.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change with the service; the date at the top of the page prevails, and any significant change will be notified to you by email. A paid subscription will be covered by separate terms of sale. These terms are governed by French law.
