Data collected
For your account: name and email address. The components, lists and files you manage belong to their library and are only accessible to its members. Every sign-in additionally records your IP address and your browser: they are used to name the device in the security log and in the alerts we send you if a suspicious session is detected. The contact form records your email, your message, plus your IP address and browser (for anti-abuse purposes, without long-term retention).
Cookies & local storage
No advertising cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie (HttpOnly session token) keeps you signed in. Your browser locally stores the selected library and the display theme, nothing else.
Retention & your rights (GDPR)
You can access your data, correct it or request its deletion via the contact page. Contact requests are processed then deleted.
One exception, and a deliberate one: the security log. Every sign-in, failed sign-in, sign-out and account lockout leaves a line there, with the date, the event, the IP address and the email address concerned. These lines are kept for one year, then erased automatically, and they are not deleted along with the account: otherwise closing an account would be enough to erase the record of what happened to it, at the very moment that record matters. Only the service administrator can read them.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies, and strict library isolation (one database per library).
