No, a flat rate. Maker goes up to 500 components; Team and Enterprise are unlimited. No per-unit billing.
Maker or Team, what's the difference?
Maker is the full product for one person. Team adds up to 5 members, roles and shared libraries.
Is KiCad included everywhere?
Yes, KiCad reads over the HTTP API are in every plan. Your database belongs to you (export/import, fork and copy included).
